Just wanna update my status here, I'm very good recently and taking good care myself.
As usual, still continuing my study and busy with it! Nothing special about my life, just getting mature, so, more and more problems come to me.

It a sunny Sunday morning, as usual I wake up at because my parents are OFF so I don't need to prepare breakfast for my sister.

Such a long period I did not update my blog, feel sorry about this because I really have no ideas to start my blog. Today will be the last day of my holiday- tomorrow will be a brand new day which is the college reopen and my advanced diploma is going to start.

This holiday was the longest holiday in my 2 year diploma- 1 month. It really killed me! Why? because the duration is long and there is nothing for me to do in the period. Luckily, in the 2nd week of my holiday, one of my secondary classmate called me for part-time job and the payroll was not bad. I spent almost 2 weeks over the Herbalife Sales & Marketing department to assist them in an on-going project. I did learn many things over there, of course my wallet also HAPPY.

This few days, I did think about my future. What will be my future? Am I able to do whatever I want to be? Am I success in stead of my life? If I decide to stop my education, what will happen to me? If I decide to continue my study, what will happen to me? If I continue Advanced diploma, am I able to go oversea? Can I get a good job when I step into the society?

A lot of question marks appear in my mind, BUT in order to solve all of the question marks, I should think properly before making decision because LIFE NO TAKE 2.

I am felt sick this few days, went seek doctor~ I get food poisoning!...

Once again~~~ Crazy Gang is out together again!!!! We were separate for long time due to each of us are busying with own life!
This time, Vi Vian did join us for the gathering and she just keep laughing from beginning until the end. That why we called crazy gang!

It's Sunday!!!!!!!
Finally, I finish my internship in TREATS at 16/3/10, and continue in Banquet. really feel 不舍得 with TREATS. The associates, the pastries, breads, guests and more and more. But I'm only a trainee not a permanent. Really appreciates those helps from all of the associates in Living Room and TREATS. Thanks Ekbar and Qukie give my those Teddy Bears when I leave, I will keep it forever!

21/3/2010, Sunday- I went to Living Rom, Westin KL to have Hi-tea buffet with my secondary school friends. I did my reservation since last week, and the manager did give me 50% discount. O~~ so 感动. We did enjoy in the buffet, tried those foods that I wanna try and the happiest thing. The permanent associates there did give me fresh fruit juices for free, WoW~~~ It does not include in the buffet and it cost rm21++ for each glass. eally appreciates them!
I really love the place and hope to work with them but I have to think clearly about my future. Now, there are 2 roads in front of me- manager did offer a career opportunity for me or I continue study! I really have to think clearly!
Any idea? anyone could assist me????? Leave some comment~ Please~

11th March 2010- this morning, 10.30am. My friend, SK did sms me while im working in Living Room which asking about my result. YEAH!!! my final semester result released. SK did help me to check because I'm working and cannot check at the moment.

My result is~

strategic mngt- b-
baking and pastry- b-
f&b mngt- b-
law- b
maintenance- a~

Generally, the result is average. I did maintain my result (at least get an A for each semester). But unluckily, my CGPA drop down because of the numbers of A drop.
In the past few semesters, I will feel happy when I receive this kind of result but not this time, don't know why, I even felt disappointed.

This Sunday(14/3) will be the last day for me in TREATS, after that I will transfer to banquet. Really appreciate those helps from Living Room and TREATS people!

Now, there is 2 roads in front of me~ further study or work. Anyone can direct me?

Wow.... Time was running very fast! I was staying in Westin almost 1 month. Honestly, I like there. All of associates are nice and good, even though they will scold people sometimes but it really I did wrong things.

Yesterday I went to another outlet in Westin KL for helping because there was fully booked and the environment was very crowded. When I enter there, All of the associates there were busying and I was feel like went back to Concorde Hotel to work before. But it is not the thing I want to highlight here.

What I wanna highlight???

While I stand by in the private room of the F&B outlet, there was another lady who is trainee as well come and ask me: 'Are u trainee? or permanent?' I answer 'Trainee' then she ask 'Oh... Are u from Taylor's College?' I reply her 'No... I'm From TARC' she said 'Oh... the college like middle middle that one a? That college still ok la.'

OH my God!!!! What the hell is she talking? Does she has the right to comment about others colleges? She is looking down on me! Even my college! I can 100% sure that I can do better than her if we are working in same outlet! Who is she?! Just a stupid and talking non-sense trainee and BITCH!!! When all of the associates are working hard to solve the problem, she is just standing at a side and keep talking, 'curi makan' in private room. If I'm the in-charge person of them, the BITCH will e the 1st person who fired and scold by me!!!! what a bad thing make my mood bad when back to TREATS!

I curse the BITCH!!!!! Because of the BITCH and another girl's happen make me look down on their college! They are buying the cert!!!!!

sorry for late update!
11 Feb 2010- When our Hi-Tea buffet operation in Treats was comes to the end, suddenly my manager come and ask my colleague to bring me and another trainee to 'Strategy' (the Business Center in hotel). What I was thinking at that moment is~ OH my good! There is banquet area, if they called me to there, most possible thing to there will be back-up!
Unfortunately, when I arrive there I saw a lot of chef was sitting at in front of the hall and chatting. Then, I only noticed there was an associates gathering for Chinese New Year. The most surprise thing is they had Yee Sang for it! haha...
But when I arrive, the Gathering is going to end and many of associates was leave. I just chat among all of the trainees from my college and few trainees from others college and then~ GO~

p/s: It was quite surprise for me! I did not think before a hotel will organize Associates gathering for their associates. Good Experience~

second day in TREATS... ops... no no no.... it should be TREATS ... the 'eat' should highlight.
erm... the experience was not bad, almost good.
BUT...
after discuss with one of my colleague there, I found I am so so so so ~~~ tiny. What I should know but I failed to learn, like hw to serve different kind of alcohols, reason of a wine name named with the name & etc.
What I should do will be gain in maximum knowledge from environment!!!!!

After heard some news from friends saying how they are suffering from the internship, today is my turn to start internship!
Today is the orientation, it duration 3 days. erm... consider long compared to others hotels. Today juz have speech on the hotel and tour in the hotel. Tomorrow program looks interesting, it consists a program called treasure haunt.
After the orientation for today, i went to meet the manager of the department im gong to work-TLR/ Treats. Bad news, I have to buy black t-shirts and black pant for my internship. Haiz $$$$$$ again.

Finally, after suffering from exam in 2 weeks, I can away from it and have my 1 week break before my internship. Through my analysis, my result would be~

Law~ can pass la!

Strategic Mgnt.~ pass, I can buy BBQ pork and pray lor.
Pastry~ haiz... the worst!

Hopefully what I guess will be better la!
Now have to plan for my 1 week break, accompany my mum who juz retired, Clear my mountain mountain (my notes and books), BUY my CNY clothes(most important)... & etc. :P

T.Bowl Concept Cafe!

Yesterday, After gathering with my friends. I went to another cafe to yam cha with my friends. The location still remain in Sg. Wang, 3th Floor- T. Bowl (Toilet Bowl) Concept Cafe. The deco in the cafe is fully look like a toilet even the plates and bowls used also relate to toilet.

A bath tub at the entrance.

The cup used is look like a sink but size too small.

porridge- put the bowl on the toilet bowl.

Baked rice with cheese and chicken meat.

All of the customers also sit on the toilet bowl.

The table will be the sink.

Guys area!!!

The ambiance in the cafe is really good but the foods serve is really not enough hot. The baked rice with cheese- even i can touch the bowl which just serve on the table, really bad! The staffs there also lack of communication skills and knowledge. When I ask them somethings, they look like very scare on me. Hope they will improve.

Gathering with PSS seniors!!!

Last month, Kit Wei was called me and plan to have a gathering with those seniors in PSS previously. Finally, all of us can hang out on 26/12/2009 which is yesterday. We went to a new restaurant in Sg. Wang Plaza, 3th floor. There was many new restaurants, worth to try!

They really didn't change much, just change on the look, hairstyle but the feel between us is remain the same. We make a promise that every end of year, we must come out and have a athering.

Hihi!!!
Finally I can update my blog. I had undergo such a long busy period, today I really can rest for few days. But next week I still back to busy for preparation of my course event. Oh ya, my course will join with the advance year 2 seniors to held a Christmas event which named 'Christmas Holic Fiesta'. I have to in-charge the sales of food.

What I busy with in this period?
Doing assignment, even though the assignment is less compare to last semester. But those assignment are quiet difficult to do. Especially the law assignment, 14 people on a group require to cast a video regarding to a law case. I had been use 5 days to finish it without bother anythings. Haiz...
But it is a good memory for me and my colleagues.

Internship!!!

Remember i did share a post which talking about i'm went to Westin KL for 2nd interview?
Today, the result is out-and the result is I'm IN!!! haha.... yeah! I had been waiting for almost 2 week for this result. This is because my lecturer was traveled to Vietnam last week and just back yesterday. So, i only know the result today. Damn Happy!
Now, i only have to wait for 2nd February 2010. Report myself to Westin KL to start my internship!
Yeah!!!! wish my classmates who havn't know their internship. Good Luck!!!

My first time interview for internship!

Last time i did share a post about the Westin KL did call me for tele-interview. Finally, they accepted me for the 1st interview and move on to 2nd interview. I was informed by my lecturer about the 2nd interview before one day of the interview day. What is my felling? Shock!
The interviewer made the appointment with me at 2pm, but when I reach there, the security only allowed me to enter at 2pm. The interviewer did give me a little english and math test. After that, it's time to interview. I had wait for quiet long time only been call for interview; the interviewer is the Asst. Trainng Manager of Westin KL. Because of she having meeting soon so she just interview me 5 or 7 minutes.
Now, what i need to do is WAIT. Wait for their reply; wait thier call. Hopefully they recruit me!

Result Release Already~

After waiting for almost one month, my exam result was release! I'm very very happy with this result that I scored. This is the best result I get since year 1!

Principle of management and HR: A-
F&B control: A
English for hospitality: B
Food Preparation: B
Housekeeping: B+ (the subject I scare)
Restaurant management: B+ (expect to get A)

This time result not too bad, get 1A 1A-, 2B+ and 2B. Congrat to myself and my friends who pass! For those who failed, don't give up! Try again!

A suddenly call !

Today 15/10/09, after class then I'm going back home. As normal, I take a bath and have same snacks while facebook-ing and watch PPS. Suddenly, a call from Westin KL came to me and said wanna interview me in the phone. T.T
At that moment, I only get 1 feeling! NERVOUS!!! The representative from Westin KL did asked me some question regarding the Westin KL but I did answer badly because I did not prepare. Haiz... dissappointed on myself! Westin Hotel is one of the hotel I hope to work in!
Now I'm just wait for the e-mail or lecturer's call which inform me to 2nd interview, if I have not been call for 2nd interview that means I failed and I have to search other hotel for internship again! OH MY GOD!!!!!!

Last Trip before Semester 2 open!

Finally, my semester break is going to end. It was very fast, just 2 weeks times. What I did during Holidays? the answer is work work work! Nothing special!
Last week Chun Kit did called me for a trip to Genting. Erm... after think for a while, finally i go. We go on Thursday and back on Friday.

After the theme park, we have our dinner in room and take bath then, we went to First World plaza to play pool. We divided into 3 team and 2 people each team. Chun Kit and Lam, JC and Tham, Me and Keong (he join us around 3pm because he come after his school time).
Finally, my team won 4 rounds among 9 rounds! Yeah!

1st day of my Sem Break!

My Holiday begin!

1st day of my holiday, I went to Sunway Lagoon with my classmates- SK, Meow, Kiet, Kah Yian. SK is the driver and organizer.

1st Station: Fui Lai Restaurant, Kuchai Lama
We start our journey with breakfast- Dim Sam at Kuchai Lama which suggested by SK. The Dim Sam there is nice, delicious. We all are very full when leaving the restaurant.

2nd Station: Sunway Lagoon
After breakfast, we move to Sunway Lagoon. Funny thing, we all dunno what time the Sunway Lagoon open and we are early to there so we just walk walk in the Sunway Pyramid. 11.00am, we start play in Sunway Lagoon, we play dry park then wet park, then back to dry park and wet park. Haha... quite lame but no choice because some facilities are open late.
After that, we have our 'lunch' there. RM7.00 for a burger, expensive? no choice, it the only thing i can eat! After lunch, we back to playing in park until 6pm then shower and ready for dinner. This is the first time i play in Sunway Lagoon from open until close.

3rd Station: Yuen Steamboat Buffer Restaurant

Dinner Time! we decided to have steamboat opposite the Sunway Pyramid which is Yuen Steamboat Buffer. It is suggested by SK. The foods there are nice, we ate very much until i really feel full. The chicken wings there are very delicious! When the staffs there send the chicken wings to the table, it can finish take by the customers within 10 minutes. Really delicious!the Bill in steamboat restaurant, RM22 per person, NOT Expensive also!

Around 10.00pm, we finish dinner and we go back home. It was really good day for my holidays hope it will be another time for us!
For the following days, I will start work everyday in Concorde Hotel until my holidays end! Money mari home! I want MONEY! ^^

Finally, my last paper is gone and my Year 2 1st exam is end. Really really! it is almost make me become crazy during this period because almost every subjects require to memorize, especially the Basic management and HR, it really make me tough. Luckily it is the 1st paper so i have more time to do revision! If not, my result.........

After the exam, i almost can predict the performance of my exam.
Basic mangement & HR- sure no A, most properly will be B
English of Hospitality- most properly will be B because my language is weak.
Housekeeping Management- im happy if it is not failed!
Restaurant Management- Thanks my lecturer, confidence to get A (hopefully)
F&B Control- may be will get A, i can do all questions in the paper!
Food Preparation I- Haiz... this paper i most worry, pray for it!

Therefore, my holidays is begin until 4/10. Majority of the holidays occupied with $$$$$ do part time! Just now saw a short pant which is nice in PDI so work for it!

Two Horror in 2 days!!!

Actually i'm under examination period now but i watched 2 movies in two days! Really a useless students.

Yesterday which is Friday. I finished my exam for HR at 11am, then my friend- Lagoon call me to watch movie which is 'Orphan' at KLCC and have lunch together, so i followed. I wanna to watch this movie for so long but no body ask me to watch or no time. Luckily they called me watch together. ^^
The movie is excellent, a 33 years old 'children' get into a family and try to get the husband to marry with her. Horrible!!!!!!

Next movie is the Final Destination 4. Wow... I like this movie! It is good but not up to what i expected (i means the bloody) . I didn't watched those 3 series before but i will find it out and watch because it is interesting! The FD 4 is talking about car racing and cause a huge accident. Really good!
Playing Time is over, now is time to back to study! I don't wanna resit at my 3rd semester!

Last day of Restaurant & Kitchen Practical

Restaurant-
21/8, Friday- The last class in our Restaurant Practical class. As usual, we still have to serve guests. That day, i assigned to serve a big group of guests and they were students. The manager for that day is Kiet Kiet- Chun Kiet. All of us just look like playing and enjoy.
When all work were done, Hong and me bought all the desserts leave that day and share with whole class. YUMMY!!!

Kitchen-
28/8, Friday- Today is the last day of semester 1, majority of the classes are not held today but the restaurant still operate. But we don't have to cook set lunch and serve guests. The restaurant was used to held a cake function from LCCA. What i need to do is cooking the refreshment food for them and the foods is very easy to cook- fried chicken wings, sandwichs and fried fish finger.
After that, all of us start to capture photoes all over the places.

My crazy gang did a Crazy request to me- ask me cook a lunch for them. Finally, i agree to cook for them at my home!

Time really go very fast, my year 2 1st semester is going to end. May be i already common with the feeling like such things, the feeling of examination is getting less. This is what i am not hope to have because stress make me go to study!
Majority classes are end in this week, i just have to attend for a few practical classes next week. Overall, this semester the most i did is rushing assignment! 6 out of 7 assignments are done at last minutes, especially the restaurant management. My group did used 1 week to done an analysis on a restaurant. Wow... for me, i do not like the type of style because i might be crazy one day if i keep do the assignment at last minute. For personal record, i break my personal records:

i used less than 5 hours to done an assignment!
i rush my assignment 4am and just sleep 2-3 hours.

Last Day in Restaurant Practical!

Time is going very fast! Today already week 11 and the last week for our practical class in restaurant!
Today, im back to be a food server again. Manager is our class's good good boy- Weng Hong; Asst. Manager will be our class's quiet girl- Siew Ping. Everyone was try our best to perform well during the practical class for purpose gain more marks for ourseleves. Our manager was very 'good' to me, he assigned a 14 people table for me to serve. Walao! 14 people, not 4 people and they are my coursemates. However, i have a helper to help me as well- Chee Sean which is my partner last time.
I believe everyone was did well during the operation, we were try our best to done our jobs! Hopefully can help me to get an 'A' for this subject!

Today Wednesday! there was 2 happen i would like to share in here!

The 1st one is the 3rd paper that we took last week was released. Unfortunately, i get 30/30 again! wakaka... Damn Happy! for the last 2 paper, i got 30/30 and 29/30. I'm very happy with this result!
But our tutor told my class, whoever get 30/30 in the test is because she want to help those student who are weak, so she did 'open 1 eye, close 1 eye' during marking our paper. Therefore, the result appear 30/30. She need to make all of us fair!
I don't know la! i think is ok for me de. I have the confident to get A for Basic Management & HR!

For the 2nd happen!
I went to our college restaurant to have our lunch this afternoon. All of the foods and services will be produce by our course mates from other class.
When we enter the restaurant, i did feel a bit 'pai seh' because i was cut the reservation from 10 into 6 people.

But, the funny things happen continuously.
1st is the ordering, we ask the server about the product information and the result we get is 0. REMEMBER IS ZERO! They need to discuss among 3 people only come out with an answer. Wow... ...

2nd, during serving the guests normally, we did ask the guests whether they want their coffee or tea serve on the spot or during the dessert but the server did not.
3rd, the server used the service gear (a technique) the serve us bread but she use hand to give me the butter. The actual way is she should serve me the bread and butter using the service gear!

3rd, during the main course, we ask the manager to get us some sauce for the food. When the server took out the sauce, she was send it to the next table and she put down and go. During that time, my face really turn black, i look at the manager and say with strict 'Where is my sauce?!' Then the manager only take the sauce to me by himself.

4th, during serve the main course, the serve the food to me from right. The actual way should be serve from left!

5th, it is the final, the server serve us coffee already and two of my friends ordered tea but they were wait for so long the tea still not yet in the cup. So, my friend and me did a LAME action.
when the server is refilling our water, my friend saying 'Hey, your tea still havn't come a? my coffe also want finish lo!' Then, the another person reply, 'no la, it still frying at the Cameron Highland.' Now, my turn- 'No la, they still harvesting the tea from the hill and choosing the best want for you!'
After the server heard what we said, she go and serve the tea immediately for my friend.

My lecturer in the restaurant did told us, do not aspect them to do perform very good. Because they have less chances to learn during the lunch hour. The reason i post this on blog is not to laugh on my friends. I just wanna let them to know their mistakes and correct it. They also have some strengths that our class doesn't have- they able to hold 3 plates to the guests but our class not all can do that. This is their strengths.
Hope i also can do well in practical la! gambateh yo!!!!

Finally, i leave 1 assignment to go- F&B Control. But i leave it aside 2 or 3 days... HEHE... Let me rest for few days! This semester, i break myself record- i done an assignment by my own in ! DAY!!!!! It is amazing!
Yesterday one of my buddy, hoe call me gai gai to KLCC, so we went there today. I just accompany him to buy shoes lo... Then we eat sushi. Last time we eat our sushi and get 2 free sushi, so today we ate it. Then we went to watch movie- Proposal. This movie was damn funny, a girl marry a guy for purpose of VISA. but finally, both of them found they love each other in 3 days time. Quite lame! But story is good!i extremely recommend this movie to all of you!!!

Today is the 3rd day for my group operation in restaurant! I had been the steward, server and this week I'm being a-MANAGER. wakaka!!!!
I was well prepared for today operation, like Menu. BUT! When i enter the kitchen, i found the course for today is different with what im get. Then i refer to my Chef, and he said the menu was wrong. OH MY GOD!!!! i have to do it all over again. Luckily, we found it early and Hang & Mei Yien help me to do again. We can done on time!
Last week group was scolded by the lecturer with loud loud loud and making everyone mad but today she was very happy and mention we have improvement on the overall performance. YEAH!!!!
Today we have a new dessert for guests. Normally, we will only serve cakes as desserts, but today we have a dessert called 'Jelly Trofer' (spelling might wrong). The flavor not so sweet or we can say not sweet. But the design is very beautiful, it is put in a wine glass.

Generally, all of the colleagues did a good job and thanks for the cooperation!Kelvin & me with the tie which kelvin give me as birthday present!

This 2 days i was staying in home to rush my assignment which need to pass up on the coming Friday. Not only me is rushing this assignment, the other 12 people in my group are also rushing this assignment. Is it my faith that make our group doing last minute job?
After the interview with the restaurant, all of us were acting don't know and relax. When lecturer inform us that we need to pass up on the coming Friday, all of us were shocked and only start discussing the assignment. By the way, the fastest way to done the assignment is 1 people assign the jobs to all members and done in limited time. I'm the one who assign the jobs to everyone and chasing them everyday.
I getting tried with it! I have to sleep at 1 or 2am this few days to check all the works that return to me. NO choice, may be this is the punishment I get because i did not remind all members to do the jobs.
Now is 2.04am, 14/july/2009. I'm still doing the assignment in front of my computer. My head is getting pain! my body is getting weak! Hopefully i can done my jobs before i fall down!

The assignment time came! The year 2 students are calling for help from every one! Of course, I' the one of those as well because I'm Year 2! Lame!!!!

Today i just heard a bad news- my restaurant management assignment have to pass up by next Friday. Ops... my group just done the interview with the restaurant and have not start the report yet. We just leave 1+ week! At that moment, I realize- Assignment war is start! NO choices, we have to RUSH and DONE THE BEST! Today I just distribute the jobs to all group members, 13 people 'What a huge group!?'

I believe that many of them will confuse on the what I'm just told them, I will try to make them more clear!

The following time, my head will be full of ideas of assignment. Eat, Sleep, Study, In bus, In LRT also thinking assignment. I still have 6 assignments to pass up on the following days, next week 2 will out!

The Ship Interview!

Due to the Restaurant Management's assignment, SK, Mun Yee, Hang, Meow, CK and Me went to interview with The Ship Sultan Ismail yesterday (28/6). We made the appointment with the management at 2pm but due to the transport problem, so we postpone to 2.30pm, luckily the manager allow us to postpone the appointment.

We were set up in KFC along the Bukit Bintang, many people were look at us because we are wearing formal. :-P

The interview durate around 1 hour, I get many informations from the manager. Hope we can success in this assignmnet la!

After interview, we went to Old Town Singature, Pavillion. There is nothing different with t normal Old Town, just the service & the culeries they serve is different. I leave there at around 4.30pm and meet my other friends who date me for so long ago. We went to watch Transformer at IMAX Times Square. There are full house every showing time. I can get the tickets because one of my friends know the supervisor of IMAX.

After movie, we have dinner at Kim Gary and went back home around 10 pm.

18th June 2009- My 19th years old birthday. Nothing spacial, but better than last year (my 18 years old). This year i have 3 friends to celebrate with me. ^^
They teach me to skip 2 tutorial classes, then they go gai gai with me... LOL... But finally, i go with them. They bought me a Mango Moose cake, O! it is delicious, it is in VIVO Brand. I like it!
After a dinner at Wong Kok, Pavillion. We move on to PDi to shopping & i bought 2 t-shirt, just cost RM39 for 2.
Anyway, even though less people celebrate with me, but im still happy with it. Thanks you!

13/June, One more day in my life! I was hang out with my primary gang, YH, Bel & Jen. Same as last time, we meet at Connaught then start travel!

1st Station: NZX (Niu Zhe Xui), PJ
Bel suggest to go there because she never go there before, me too! So, we decided to go there. BUT! bad thing happened. The place is not good as our imagination, majority of the shops are closed, nothing special there, Boring!
The only good thing is- we found a restaurant called Full House over NZX. The atmosphere and the foods is delicious. Price also reasonable!

2nd station: Genting Highland
Another crazy action! We realized that we do not have any others place to go and we already discuss and making noise in the car for 30minutes++. Finally, we decided to go Genting Highland and it was 4.00pm already. We reach Genting Highland cabal car station & reach to the hill by cabal. It was the 1st experience Jen sit cabal car.
The crazy thing is- we just walk walk and see see in the Genting Highland. O ya... one more thing- feel the cool air! After that, we hv tea at Oldtown Cafe. Every one is starting capture each other on the seat!
8pm, we leave Genting Highland and back to KL to have our 'don't know dinner or supper?!'.

3rd Station: Koa Sui Porridge
The last but not least, we reach KL around 9.30pm. Every body is hungry, we decide to eat porridge recommended bu Bel- Koa Sui Porridge, Pandan Jaya. The foods there are in big portion and delicious. We order 4 different type of porridge- pork porridge+preserved egg， pork offal porridge, fish porridge and albus porridge. We had order a side order as well- Kong Po Fish. All foods are delicious! We all eat until so full.

Weekend Trip!

Yesterday i went to 2 nights 1 day trip at Kuantan with my family. We start the journey at 10.30pm. I fall in sleep when the bus started, the bus was stopped at some places to let us go toilets and have some things to eat.

1st Round

The reason that we go at night is because we wanna climb the 'Bukit Sg. Lembing' to see the sun rinse. It was very beautiful! i start climb at 05.10am and reach the hill at 5.30am.

After come down fron the hill, we have our breakfast at the te small food court on the town.

We went to TC (Teluk Cempetak), Kuantan. It is a famous beach at Kuantan. It is just a normal beach, nothing special.

We went to a muzium. There is showing how Sg. Lembing getting chage from a 'lombong bijih timah' to a town now. After that, Lunch time!

5th Round
We get into a souvenior shop. Mum & me were buy many snacks. Haha... my favourite!

6th Round
It is the last destination, Tasik Chini. We went to a 'orang asli' village by motor boat with across the Chini Lake. It was nice view and it is my 1st experience in seating motor boat. Nice! In the village, we can try to learn how the residents there shot the spear with their way. We can look into their houses as well. Hehe!

Actually we out on this day is because we gonna to look for a old old old friend who had leave us few month ago. Many of us can't accept it as a truth. BUT! It's happened so we have to accept! After we prayed our friend, then we start our gathering. 1st, we went to 1U to have our lunch even it already almost 4pm.the food there is very nice. I recommend to you! After that, we back to Jaya 1 and have our dessert- Secret recipe! Not all of us choose to eat t cake because soe of them said already feel full until want 'muntah'. I choose a Hazel Cheese ( My favourite!), Bel choose Mud Choc, Brian choose Oreo Cheese and YH choose Cappucino Cheese. We called our standard 6 form teacher- Ms. Wong during we eat dessert in Secret Recipe. We plan to have another gatering with her.
After that, Brian gonna back 1st. Then, 5 of us go back to KL, our primary school- SJK(C) Chung Kwo. When we enter school, many memory was come out form our mind.

Finally, my Sem 3 result was release at this morning. I wake up around 11am, then i straight away go to my computer desk and switch on my computer. Haha... the funny thing is, i just sign in my msn & hvn't get into the college web, my friend already start asking my result in msn.

This holiday i just done few things-sleep, eat, shopping & work! Haha... During holiday i was very hardworking to EARN MONEY. I'm will not let any opportunity of earn money. Before this, i'm not going to work until 11pm (it is wedding dinner). But during holiday, no matter it is morning, noon or night? I will take it, just simple reason- I WANT MONEY!

I work in a hotel as a part time food server. During this holiday, i did many my 1st time: 1st time i act as beverage server (alone), 1st join in the food performance at taking dishes & 1st time join the food performance at take 'Tang Long'. For someone, it might be very funny things but it is my experience, i know how is a wedding dinner going on. I can learn many things especially how to work with people and interactions.

A Dinner with Secondary School Friends!

Today Chun Kit organized a small gathering between our secondary classmates. The persons who attend are-Jessica, Keong Han, Kean Hoe, Key Kiet, Sak Lam, Joxxxxxn (i dont want to mention! because i don't like him!) and Jessiaca's friends.

We date at 7pm, Telephone Restaurant. But we start at almost 8pm, because all of them late! This is not the thing that i dislike, while the thing that make me moodless is someone who many people dislike was came. Haiz... Really moodless!

After the dinner, all of us back home. Chun Kit ask the Joxxxxxn to fetch some of us to LRT station. He did but i sense that he fetch us under 'paksa'. He said, 'wa, my petrol wasted lo! later, you all pay me RM2 each a!'. Wow... is his petrols contain gold?
He also said, 'actually you all 3 persons can go to LRT by cap, don't to my car!' Wow... if he don't want to fetch us, he can just say directly, don't need to say this kind of words!

2 days in Karaoke!

1st day:
I was hang out with my coll-mate (college mate)- Chun Kiet, Yian, SK, Meow, Mun Yee. Actually we are planning to go Sunway Lagoon but because of the H1N1 virus, s we change plan to hang in mid valley area. Firstly we have our lunch at a japananese restaurant over The Garden, the foods there are quite nice.
Then, we shift to Red Box The Garden to sing K from 1pm to 6pm. Wow... ... It really funny, especially the MY.
After that, we go to cinema to watch movie, Mall Cop. This movie was quite nice to watch, it is 100% funny. I was laugh from beginning until the end. Finally, we go to have our dinner at Pizza Hut, and back home.

2nd day:
Today i have a date with my secondary school brother- Lam & Key Kiet. I was date them since the exam period because i didn't see lam so so long time already. We were go to Sing K again, but this time is Green Box Sungai Wang. Then, we went to have lunch at a restaurant in Times Square. Finally, HOME...

Conclusion:
This 2 days was sings many songs, so happy! tommorow still need out with others friends for dinner. I will update the sitiuation to you guys de!

Holiday has begin! I already being a '宅男' 2 days. I want die la! Want hang out with friends but cannot because i will spend a lot of money if hang out, i will go Sunway Lagoon with my college gang on Wednesday, then go sing K with my secondary friends on Thursday, Friday still need hang out with another secondary school friends. Ooooooooooooo....... My wallet need send to hospital already because '大出血'. haha!
This few days i only stay in home & facing my computer, watch drama. Waiting for my holiday program.^^

Yesterday i called my supervisor in the hotel, inform that i am ready to work and she called me to work on this coming Saturday and Sunday for wedding event. Holiday is a very good chance for me to earn money! So, i will make myself possible for work first. Haha...

Today is my Sem 3 last paper, a resit paper-Food, Ingredients & Basic Cooking Methods. Same result happened, i might failed this paper again! Y?

Because all the materials that i studied were not came out. I just using my own common knowledge to do this paper. Everybody were talking about this paper was more difficult compared to the paper we took last Sem. BUT, what can we do? If we cannot pass the paper, we only can resit, resit the paper, and final-REPEAT.

As a conclusion, i have 50% to pass this paper. Hopefully i can pass it!

Now is 2.19am, i just finished a japanese drama, Water Boy II. It was quite a long time drama. It is talking about a group of High School boy are interested in water ballet and they hope to do a performance.
This is the second session of the Water Boy. I watched both Session I & II. Both of it are very nice to watch. Even though it is a old drama, but i'm still recommend to all of you!

Today i just done my 3rd paper for this examination, Front Office Management. This is the most confidence i have for this sem. BUT!... I think i can't get A for this subject. This is because i made many mistakes that shouldn't occur. I'M REGRET!
After i leave the exam hall, i just realize that i made so many mistakes during the exam. HAIZ....
Hope i can pass it!

Today, 25/5. I done my IT exam, actually i'm not really serious to do my revision for IT this few days. I have 4 days to do revision and it is more than enough to do revisions. This 4 days, i just facing my computer everyday no matter eating, do revision & etc. I really did my revision since last night, i get some tips from my friends, then i only study seriously.
I study until 3am o!
Today paper, i didn't perform well. I just answer what i know, if i'm not mistaken i hv lost 5 sub-questions. As a conclusion, i can pass la. ^^

Today is the 1st day of my sem 3 examination. The subject is Tamadun Islam & Asia. This subject is my weakness, because i do not like those subject have to memorize. BUT, WHAT CAN I DO?
I spent half week time to do revision for ths subject, luckily, this subject is not cover many, just 3 'tamadun' which means civilization. i also did went to my friend's home to do group study. Luckily my friend did help me so much in the revision. THANKS, Meow, Kiet & SK.
So, today my presentation cannot consider as the best but i'm sure i can pass and can get quite high marks. Haha!!!

now, 3.35pm, i juz wake up from sleep & having my red bean soup, doing revision for 'Tamadun'. Tomorrow will be my 3 sem exam, im taking 4 subjects this time, 3 are current sem subject & 1 is resit.
everybody is rushing to do the revision, ME? of course, i am but i think not that hardworking. i had set some targets for this exam:

CGPA maintain at 3.0, hopefully can get 3.5

Pikom PC Fair at KL!

The 1st PC Fair For 2009 was start at 10/4/09(yesterday). This morning, my fren was call me up & ajak me to PC Fair, he wanna to buy some IT product & survey prices. So, i went with him. When I heard PC Fair, the 1st impression in my mind is~MANY PEOPLE! Unfortunately, it comes turn!
When i get into the exhibition hall, I found that most of the IT products' price was increase! Oh, MY GOD!!! May be it is affected by the 'economic tsunami', so every things increase price. Haiz, so bad... The most funny thing is i did not buy anythings in the PC Fair, but i get many catalog & online game disc.

We did a LAME thing over there also which is my fren was hving a 寻亲记. HAHAHA...
This is because my fren's brother was came to KLCC also and he was to walk around in PC Fair. But, he don't know to way & we were search them for quite long time. Haha...
but it was a funny day also...

hello.... i had not update my blog almost one month. haha XD
erm... this period, my life still consider as OK, not bad but not so good as well. the good things are im getting satisfy myself into my part time job-food server. Secondly, my study still going on and getting better compare to last semester, im regret that i am very playful last semester and lastly my study get affectted.
the bad things, hahaXD im not gonna to speak it out. juz keep in my heart.
April is coming soon, which means im going to finish my 1st year of my college life, go to 2nd year. this is good, but it also means that i gonna to leave my friends because of every one of us are going to work for our future. As time go longer, everybody will seldom contact and lost contact. haha XD

FINALLY MY RESULT OUT LIAO～
A bad new here. This sem i din do well in my result, unfortunately i failed one subject which is Food, Ingredients & Cooking Methods. I get a C-. This is in my expectation also, after i finish this subject's exam, i can assume that my result might failed. So, what could i do? Just Work Harder la!
A good news as well, i get an A for the subject which i do not expect to get A which is Bahasa Malaysia Lanjutan. i do not expect it because i did bad in the coursework. So, may be i did very well in examination lo!
haha...
So, NOW what i should do is:
1. fill up the resit form & hand it up.
2. pay RM50 for resit paper.
3. do revision!

hope i do well in my future & my part time & relationship!

Work at Hotel Restaurant ~1st day...

Finally i get a job at Hotel (part time). i'm work as a server in Chinese restaurant. erm... not bad, just feel tried lo. Bcoz today i work from 10.30am to 3.30pm. That was breakfast and lunch time, all the staff work til crazy. While lunch time, one of the staff over there called me into the VIP room to serve the guests. Wa... we are 3 ppl to serve 4 table ppls & we still have to prepare the dishes from kitchen. Really '踢晒脚'.

But i'm enjoy with the works over there. Bcoz i'm taking Hotel Management course, so it is better to get train before i start my training season. Haha... Hope success!

The 1st day i out with friends during HOLIDAYS~

Finally i can go out from home & gai gai la!!!! I had been stay in my home for almost 2 weeks. My body was cover by spider webs and moss. Luckily my friends were dated me to watch movie today. So, i went.
We watched the 'Kung Fu Chef'. erm... my conclusion is this movie is not very nice to see. The tittle is 'Kung Fu Chef' but in the movie, Kung Fu is separate with cooking. The story was bored as well.
After that, we went to meet another friend,Ai Wei and her boy friend. Then we go to have lunch at the restaurant behind Times Square, Summer. I was learned a new game over there which called 'Lier'. This game is play using poker cards. It was funny.
After that, we went to play bowling. haha... it was very fun when we were playing bowling. All of us were running for taking photo as well as playing bowling. There was many pictures that key kiet only appear HALF face. haha... After that, we went bck home.

Finally my Sem 2 exam was finished. I'm return to my normal style. Therefore, my holiday also started! ^^
But i'm disappointed with my performance in this exam. Because i did BAD in my kitchen subject. T.T Be honest, i really did not put many effort to study this subject. So, i have to prepare RM 50 to resit for this subject. HAIZ~~~~ For others subjects, i think might not be a big problem to get pass.

P.S: GOD! LET ME PASS!!!!!

For my holiday~
This 3 weeks holiday will be my [FAT MOU] period. i have nothing to do in this period, most of my classmate stay away from KL. haiz~ SIENZ

finally my sem 2 is ended, the final exam is came. tis semester is different with last sem, before the 6 days to examination, i still cant feel the exam feel. Is it weird?
haha... i also found a new habit... which is i only do my revision at night, haha... this few weeks, i watch GUESS in front of my PC until late night. On the moments, i only can do my revision.

Today is 24th Dec~ Christmas Eve. Actually my friends & me planning to celebrate at this night but because of the absent of majority of those people. So, we have to cancel this activities. We already change the venue for so many times, but finally still make disappoint on this. I really feel =.=" & T.T i don't know why, every time my class plan to have somethings, the beginning of planning is well done; but come to final~ all die. CAN ANY BODY TELL ME WHY?
I really don't know why can it be like this. After i discuss with my friends, i have a conclusion:- Next time let them plan until final & confirm those 'ma fan' things then only contact me. This is an easy way & won't let me & some body who willing to play to headache. I don't want to help them think this & that. SO FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Besides that, my secondary school friends invite me to gathering tomorrow (25th Dec). One of my friends already confirm with me that he will attend; but he sms me say he cant attend because of FAMILY PROBLEM!!! every time we invite him to yam cha . he will use this kind of reason & leave. I already feel bored with this kind of reason. Really NON-SENSE!!!

Today is already 18 of DEC. I still have 3 weeks to go for examination for sem 2. Haiz~ Unfortunately, i worry with my result for this sem. Even tough not all the subjects 'm worry, but i worry that my CGPA cant reach 3.0++.
Today i juz get a not very good new. my presentation marks in BM is not very good (just 29 marks). If i pss my paper work in exam (50 marks consider PASS), i only can get gred on C or C+. I'm aim B or above d. If not, my CGPA may pull down by the greds. Hiaz~ so i have to start revision. DUN THINK SO MUCH ON PERSONNEL PROBLEM LO!

hi guys... sorry for din update this blog for so long time. This is because the Streamyx cur off my line since 1 month ago. The reason they give me is i din pay the bill for 3 months ady. So, they stop my line. But the point is they never send the bill to my home also. i was called to their company & make complain, the response they give is 'ops... this is the delivery problem. We are not going to reaponsible on it.' haha. If they say like that, i also not responsible to pay for it. Nowadays, i juz hv to filled up a form and sign then i can get another network connection ady.
finally, they juz send me the bill to my home last week. what kind of service they giving me?!. now, im thnk whether i need to change network company anot. i hate Streamyx!

4 th week Practical Class.

today is the last day for my class to work in group according to name list. next week, we will learn to cook menu in group of 8 ppls. but tis group is selected ourselves. but the problem occur, as i noe my class always hving some group which is already fixed. it wont change. so, all of us will be nervous when select the group member. for me, im the 3rd person to form a group ourselve. i was feeling 'lame' with tis work: always select tis select tht, dun let somebody to join butter.' i noe tht no body want one of our classmate to join butter. but v hv no choice, unless the butter leave us. when i din say someone name who wan to join my group but din tell me, she / he will black her/ his face. (not only m see tht, everyone see tht) when the last minute came, the person only come & select his/ her group them selve. dun u think it is very irresponsible?

today also is the last day i co-operate with my friends who are jun yan, zheng chuen, yvonne, aiko & foo yoong. i would like to thanks you all. we really did a good job in the practical. today v can see tht, even v r the slowest group to start, but v still can finish earlier compared to others group. this is because of the team power of our group. thanks guys, hope v can work in a same group again!

Yesterday my class's Practical Class for Kitchen was started. We were waited for it for 1 sem. Finally, we get it. We are teaching by a professional, experiences chef~ CHEF MAK. After the 1st class, i feel that Chef Mak was a very nice people, but he is very care about our performance in class during the practical work.
The 1st lesson we did yesterday is CUTTING. we using carrot, spinach, onion & garlic to practice. Chef Mak will go around & give mark for our work. But finally i get a not very good marks. haiz~

Next week we will start to cook some cold sauce, like tomato sauce, mayonoise, thousand island sauce & so on. But we have to stay at class for 10 hours continuely. WALAO, damn tried~ But it is fun & interesting.

Haha... Finally~ My result release already. All pass, get 1 A, 2 B+ & 2 B. Kithen Management & Sanitation's result hvnt get. Even thought i pass all my Subjects, but i still not very happy with it. This is because i expect my Economic for Hospitality Industry can get A or A-. But finally i just get a B+. Below is my result:

today i read one of my secondary school friend's blog. i found that he still can maintain a good relationship with others. if any event is coming soon, they will call out all the friends & having celebration. But at the another way round, after graduated from secondary school, i almost lost contact with other friends. Even though we are studying in a same college, sometimes if i meet them, we will only say:
'how are you?'
'ok ok lo, just like normal. you?'
'me? same lo.'
'wat course r u taking?'
'o~ im taking ... course.'
...
every time i meet my friends, we almost discuss in this few sentences. is it i having problem with my friends? or every body will facing the same problem?

I was thinking almost a week for the topic individual presentation. At the beginning, i was thinking to do the place that i hope to travel to which is Moscow, Russia. I can say that is very beautiful but the information for me is not enough & i'm don't know where to start. Then, i was change the place to France, but the same problem still occur, i'm not sure where to start. so, i give up~
Just now i just switch on my computer to search some information & looking for a topic. but i'm still so blur. Then, i sitting in front of my computer & think bout the topic. Finally, i decided to do the topic which is 'NIGHTLIFE'. For my age group, nightlife is very common among ourselves. So, i'm willing to do some research about the topic. today i went to a restaurant near my college after class.
all of us were almost can organize funeral over there. Because we did order at 2.30pm, but when time reach to 3.30pm, our foods haven't get on the table. walau! all of us were getting angry. haha... but i get somethings which is interesting from this restaurnt ~ their drinks are very good looking. i give their 75 marks for drinks & foods. BUT i give 45 marks for their serving speed. FAILED o!

Genting Trip~ 1st time travel with classmates

Last Tuesday & Wednesday I went to Genting Highland with my other 9 classmates. I can say this trip is really funny, interesting & i will not forget this trip.
This photos is taken in the Snow World. There was happened many things which are funny. I was get flu when reach the Genting Highland because of the whether, but after we ate the ice-cream in the Snow World. MY FLU WAS HEALED! Every Body was laughing at me. Haha...

This is the 1st game we played in the theme park. Every body was exiting. haha...

We had our lunch at Pizza Hut, First World Plaza. Some unhappy thing was happen over there. the waiters over there are very poor. They do not behave themselves, when we calling them for service, they were not come to serve us & just simply go thought. Finally, we did a complaint on the restaurant.
This trip is very very very very very ^100000 fun. I hope we can go together next time. thz all of my frenz... good kuck ya~

Today i went to a restaurant which located at Salak South. I am going there with my friends. When i enter the restaurant, the first image that the restaurant give me is this restaurant make me feel sleepy. haha... Is it LAME?
Well, the enviroment in the restaurant is quite good. It is a good venue for those people who want to relax for a while at the lunch or dinner even gather with friends.

Lets guess the owner of this restaurant was used how many comics to stick on the wall.

The restaurant also keep many things that had been used in 70 or 60 years.

They are using many CD & the pack of the CD to decorate the restaurant.
